General questions
What is Vepra AI?
A modular SaaS for businesses: customer communication, booking or quote, order or job, inventory, invoicing, payment, documents and finance in one shared process. Modules are enabled per licence.
Does the AI take decisions for me?
No. The assistant understands, searches sources, explains and proposes actions. Quantities, prices, permissions, states and financial records are decided by the application engines, through the same commands the staff uses.
Where is my data stored?
Every business and every person has an isolated space in the database with row-level security policies. An administrator with several businesses switches space without mixing data.
Are my documents used for training?
No. Documents, emails and messages are data, not instructions; they are not used to train models and are not sent to third parties without an authorized connection.
What is “Your Economist”?
The free section for individuals and small businesses: ledger, budget, deadlines, documents, calculators and an explanatory assistant. It has monthly quotas; reading, calculators and export are never limited.
Which languages are supported?
Albanian is the base. English is ready; Italian, French, German and Arabic (with RTL) are reserved and completed with translations. Service AI adds Swedish.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in every modern browser, with a layout adapted to small screens. iOS/Android apps come at the end of the project on the same API.
How are fiscalization and devices connected?
Through separate certified adapters, after the subject’s contract and credentials. No connection is shown as active without evidence.
How do I request a demo?
From the contact page or any category page. The demo uses synthetic data; no real data is requested before an agreement.
