Vepra AI provides software modules according to the active licence. The “Your Economist” section is free with monthly quotas; business plans have a subscription and defined limits.

The account

You are responsible for credentials and for actions from your account. Two-step verification is recommended and may be required for sensitive actions.

Content and AI

Assistant answers are explanations and proposals; financial, tax and legal decisions remain yours and your advisers’. No answer replaces a professional.

The licence

A licence is tied to one business and one period. At its end, the business becomes read-only with a grace period; the data stays yours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee commercial results. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes

Terms may be updated; material changes are announced by email and take effect after the notice period.
