What we collect
Account data (email, name, language), the data you enter for a business or the personal section, and the technical logs needed for security (IP address, sign-in time, device).
Why we use it
To provide the service, keep it secure (audit, rate limiting, abuse detection) and answer your requests. We do not use your data to train models and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
In a database with isolation per business and per person (row-level security policies). Documents are stored encrypted in object storage with quarantine and scanning before they open.
For how long
As long as your account is active and according to the retention periods you set for documents. After account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within the published period.
Your rights
Access, correction, export (CSV/JSON/PDF), deletion and objection. Requests are handled from your account or the published contact.
Third parties
Email, SMS, payment, fiscalization and AI providers are used only through authorized connections with minimal data; their list is published when a connection is activated.
