Online shop

Online shop & channel sales

For online shops and multi-channel selling: a public shop with a cart, orders confirmed by code, and stock shared with the till.

The working screen

For the person

Products and orders

Published online shops: the catalogue with categories, variants (size, colour) and real availability, a cart priced by the server, the order paid on delivery or by bank transfer and tracked with the order’s own link — no account needed. A return is requested within the shop’s return window.

  • — · No shop published yetThe list fills only from real shops that switched their public storefront on; no name is invented.—
  • Find shopsThe list above is read from the platform’s public map (industry=ecommerce): the published shops with the storefront on, no simulators.↑
  • Track an orderAn order is tracked with the link received by email or SMS after the confirmation: the shipment, the payment and the return — no account needed.—
  • Every category for the person→

The list is read from the platform (published shops, no simulators) and shows up to 12 shops.

Demo data «Try it in the demonstration» opens a simulated chat (example), not the real engine: a real order is placed only on the shop’s storefront.

What we offer

What the business gets today

Every capability with its real state: «Live» runs on the server today, «Demo» only with sample data or the simulator, «Blocked» waits for the named provider or decision, «Not started» is not built yet.

  • LivePublic shop /dyqani/<name>: products, availability, a guest cart, an email code before confirmation, and order tracking.
  • LivePayment: cash on delivery (the default) or bank transfer.
  • LiveOrder handling: cancel, address confirmation, a shipment with expected cash on delivery, and a record of the courier settlement.
  • LiveThe last unit is reserved only once; the second buyer gets a 409 error. Stock is shared with the till.
  • LiveShopping agent: one cart per conversation, an order only after the confirmation code, never a stock promise.
  • LiveReturns through Emma’s form and the shop’s policy.
  • DemoWhatsApp and Meta messages run only on the simulator, and so does the agent’s inbound path.
  • BlockedOnline card payment, couriers (Wolt, Glovo, a courier API), fiscal invoices and WhatsApp/Instagram in production are blocked.

Emma AI

What Emma does

Emma works in four layers. Answers come from rules and approved information, generation with a language model is off, and every write is a proposal a person confirms.

  • The owner of a small shop on the phone with a customer, beside shelves of goods.

    Receptionist

Answers about the shop’s policy and products, with the public page as the source. The order is placed on the shop’s page, not by Emma; staff take over a conversation, never the AI.

  • A worker placing parcels on a shelf, the order list on a laptop.

    Business engine

The returns form opens under the matching permission. Agent proposals are submitted for approval and have configured limits; they are not applied without a person.

  • An online shop owner at a kitchen table with a sales chart on a laptop and a coffee.

    Growth

Welcome and follow-up workflows start from recorded events; consents and tags are kept. Orders by source are reported partly. Win-back of buyers and top products do not exist yet.

  • A courier and the owner reconciling cash from deliveries at a table, beside a laptop.

    Control

Audit, roles and integration health are visible on pages. The last unit is protected with a 409, not a double sale.

The problems we solve

  • Orders that arrive in messages and get lost.
  • A double sale of the last unit.
  • Cash on delivery held by the courier, with no record.
  • Stock split between the physical shop and the online one.

How we grow your capacity

  • Orders without staff touching them: cart, code and tracking happen by themselves.
  • Fewer stock errors: a reservation shared with the till.
  • A clearer reconciliation of the courier’s cash, as a record.
  • Messages that become a cart with a code, once the channel opens in production.

These are the ways the platform works, not results measured at customers.

Five steps

From the first message to the report

A customer’s path, each step with its real state.

  1. First message

The customer opens /dyqani/<name> (live). A message from WhatsApp or Instagram runs only on the simulator (Demo); in production: blocked.

The answers of this demonstration are prepared in advance, not produced by a connected model.

Frequently asked questions

The same answers Emma gives, from the platform guide.

Does a message become an order automatically? awaits provider

The shopping agent opens the cart and places the order only after the code the customer confirms. In production the inbound channel (WhatsApp, Instagram) is blocked, so today it runs only on the simulator.

Is a public shop with products active? live

Yes. The page /dyqani/<name> has products, availability, a guest cart, an email code, cash on delivery or transfer, and order tracking. It is a fixed page: themes, SEO and an app store are not part of the offer, and online card payment is blocked.

Where does the AI take prices and answers from? live

From the catalogue, price lists and the approved FAQ, showing the source.

Does the AI know stock in real time? live

Stock is reserved by the server, the same as at the till. If the last unit is taken, the second buyer gets a 409 error instead of a double sale.

Are orders linked to the courier and cash on delivery? awaits provider

The shipment and the expected cash are recorded, and the courier settlement is entered by hand. A real courier link needs the owner’s contract and is blocked.

Can I organise customers by interest? live

Yes, tags, preferences and consents; approved campaigns.

Are real WhatsApp messages sent? awaits provider

Not yet. Real messages need the connected channel (the owner’s verified app and number); today they run only on the simulator.

What do the welcome and follow-up workflows do? live

They start from registered events and create messages/tasks per the approved template.
