What the business gets today
Every capability with its real state: «Live» runs on the server today, «Demo» only with sample data or the simulator, «Blocked» waits for the named provider or decision, «Not started» is not built yet.
- LivePublic page /udheto/<name>: a saved place, GPS or a typed address. The price comes from the business tariff, line by line, and is valid for 5 minutes.
- LiveDispatch: automatic offers to online drivers with a server deadline, or assignment by the dispatcher. Two simultaneous accepts give one assignment.
- LiveTrip states with a pickup PIN; the driver’s position shows only when it is fresher than 90 seconds. A passenger no-show only after the free waiting minutes. The cancellation fee is shown before confirming.
- LiveScheduled rides, without promising a driver.
- LiveDriver and vehicle documents with expiry block the online status.
- LiveA real-time dispatcher board. Hotel and company accounts with a monthly invoice draft.

What Emma does
Emma works in four layers. Answers come from rules and approved information, generation with a language model is off, and every write is a proposal a person confirms.
Receptionist
The passenger reads the status, the payment and their own rides. Cancelling goes through a choice issued by the server, and the server re-reads the fee (409 FEE_CHANGED) before saying «cancelled».
Business engine
Reads the day’s trips for the dispatcher. Every write is a proposal that a person executes; she does not create a trip herself.
Growth
Expired offers, the «no driver» state and scheduled rides without a driver come to the surface. Fraud signals: driver no-shows and rider cancellations within 24 hours. A service ranking and reactivation do not exist yet.
Control
The mobility.* permissions are separate. Hotel accounts above the limit wait for the dispatcher’s approval. Incidents open a task. Audit and integration health are visible on pages.

Can the customer request a ride without an app and without GPS? live
Yes: the public page /udheto/<slug> accepts a saved place, the phone position or a typed address geocoded by the platform; denying GPS does not block the booking.
Who computes the price and how long is the quote valid? live
The server, line by line from the business tariff (base, km, minute, minimum, night, zones, promo), with the tariff version; the quote is valid for 5 minutes — an expired one is not confirmed, a changed tariff needs a new quote.
How does the driver get the trip? live
By a server offer with a deadline and an estimated compensation (auto dispatch) or by the dispatcher’s assignment; two concurrent acceptances give one assignment, an expired offer is refused.
What does the passenger see during the trip? live
The state (accepted, on the way, arrived, started, finished), the driver, the plate and the vehicle, the ETA with its source and time, the position only when fresher than 90 s, the PIN for the driver; the driver’s phone is not shown.
Can I book for later or for someone else? live
Yes: a scheduled booking is registered without a promised driver (registered → assigned → reconfirmed), with the terminal, flight number and meeting point for the airport; the passenger can be someone other than the booker.
How does an expired document stop a driver? live
Licence, ID, insurance and inspection have an expiry and a verified status; with an expired document the driver cannot go online and is not assigned.
Does the customer pay online from the page? awaits provider
Today cash or card with the driver; online payment needs the owner’s payment adapter and until then is not shown as active.
How does a hotel book for a guest? live
From its account link with the cost centre; the driver never sees the room; over the monthly limit the booking waits for the dispatcher’s approval; a monthly report per account.
Are the driver’s earnings an executed transfer? live
No: “My day” separates trips, cash collected (handed to the business), the commission and the driver’s share; transfers are only the settlement rows the business records.
Is the time updated from the flight and is there a masked call? planned
Not without a provider: the flight is checked manually, masked communication and SOS need a telephony provider — nothing is shown active without one.
